The State Coroner's office and the police told Courier Mail they are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and therefore do not have concrete plans for a coronial inquest. His son, James, said Mr Scutt had worked as a stockman since the age of 14, and would be reassured knowing the victims did not blame him and were concerned for his wellbeing.
